To request a repair or service please print and fill out the following form. Ship the equipment to us prepaid freight.. We will repair your tool on a timely basis and return it to you after we receive payment for the repair plus any return shipping and handling charges.
If your repair is a WARRANTY REPAIR, please fill out the information below and include proof of purchase. If your repair qualifies for a WARRANTY REPAIR, you will only be charged shipping.
NOTE: All tools should be shipped freight prepaid. We will not accept freight collect tools.
