To request a repair or service please fill out the below form & click submit. On the next page, please print out the information & include with your item shipment. Ship the equipment to us prepaid freight. We will repair your tool on a timely basis and return it to you after we receive payment for the repair plus any return shipping and handling charges.
If your repair is a WARRANTY REPAIR, please include proof of purchase. If your repair qualifies for a WARRANTY REPAIR, you will only be charged shipping.
NOTE: All tools should be shipped freight prepaid. We will not accept freight collect tools. All tools deemed “Non-Warranty” will be charged an estimate fee. No Exceptions.
